La Fonda Heritage Hotel R&C Marbella - Andalucia

A project that started in 2016 and opened its doors April 2023. The project is a 20 rooms boutique luxury hotel located in the Marbellas' historic city center. The team at FOUR Ham has helped the Gilbert Family, owners of the project, to introduce the property into Relais & Chateaux, create the P&L, rate, sales & marketing strategy, and search of  key team members.

Located in the picturesque surroundings of Ronda, La Cueva del Gato Hotel is a boutique retreat currently featuring 7 beautifully designed rooms. With an ambitious project underway, the hotel is set to expand its offerings to a total of 16 rooms and bungalows by the end of 2025, enhancing its blend of rustic charm and contemporary luxury for guests seeking a serene and immersive experience in nature.

FOUR Ham has created a Business Plan, Profit & Lost, Sales, Marketing & Pricing Strategies, F&B concept creation, Soft Brand research, hiring and training team strategy for Mosteiro de Travanca Boutique Hotel (MTBH) located in the North of Portugal, Amarante.  The future hotel will have 37 rooms, two bars, one restaurant, art gallery, gym & spa, interior & exterior pools, and many other amenities & services..

Eco-Friendly project of two beautiful 75 sqm apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and open kitchen and shared facilities 4 parking spaces, garden & BBQ. Being developed during 2021.
